Description of 1989 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer Sport Utility 4-Door |
1989 4X4 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 Straight Six Very rare 5 speed manual transmission Only 93,500 milesFour Wheel Drive Brand new spark plugsBrand new rotor cap and buttonFresh Oil and Filter Brand new Muffler Brand new TiresBrand new shocksAftermarket CD player with all new speakersWORKING COLD A/C and heat Working Four Wheel DriveTow Package NO cracks in the glass or dash NO RUST All of the seats look like new The headliner is like brand new (very rare for a Cherokee)I have the original window sticker and owners manual (see pictures). This Cherokee is a very rare edition for the year. It has power windows and locks. They all work. You will not find many with power options. This Jeep was over $20,000 27 years ago! Think about that. I am a very honest man so here is the only negative I can think of to tell you: The motor has a lifter tick upon a cold start. It goes away once it warms up to operating temperature. When starting on a cold start you have to hold the key over for about 2 seconds longer than usual but does start every time. Once it warms up it starts right up. I drive the Jeep everywhere and it runs like brand new. Rides great on the road. It does have 3 VERY MINOR imperfections. It has two very small dings on the driver side. One on the driver front door and one on the driver back door. It also has a very tiny dip in the trim on the passenger side top. The last three pictures on here are extreme close ups of what I am describing. The dings are barely noticeable. I just want to be fully honest with whoever is the winning bidder. |
