This is the epitome of a built-right classic Jeep! The kind of Jeep that gets the cover of the parts magazines. I get a ton of thumbs up and looks cruising around! It'll take you where ever you wanna go! Extremely capable offroad but easily a daily driver that'll cruise the highway with no issues. All quality parts!
Over $25,000 (with receipts) has been spent building this Jeep. It's a lot to list but I'm happy to go through thereceipts with interested buyers. Both axles have been rebuilt from the hubs to the pinion.. new hubs, bearings, axle shafts, carrier, gears and pinion etc. The front axle is the original Dana 30 and the rear is a Rock Jock Dana 60, again completely built and incredibly stout with 4.88 gears. The suspension has been converted to spring-over in addition to the Rancho 2.5" lift springs. 2.5" inch width conversion as well (betterstability). The spring-over conversion was done correctly, no backyard job here, it is complete with a heavy-duty Hi-Steer kit to the tune of $1650. It is very smooth, predictable, and reliable. This is not awhite-knuckle Jeep. Comfortably cruise 70mph with no issue.
The original 4.2 liter 6-cylinder and T-5 transmission have been completely rebuilt. Approximately 22,500 miles on the rebuild of both. During the rebuild, a Howell Fuel Injection kit was added. Easy breezy, turn the key and it fires up. No screwing with a carb. A huge benefit if you wanted to take the Jeep from the coast to up in the mountains and not have to touch anything. Of course it'll perform better whileoffloading at an incline as well. The transmission naturally received a new clutch when it went back in. Zero issues there, no chatter, holds strong, smooth release, and no noise from the throw-out bearing. Dana 300 transfer case in the Jeep. Operates just as it should. No issues there.

The interior of the Jeep is nice. The seats are sport seats that hold you in very well. Currently, the seat belts are 4-point harnesses. This could be swapped back to traditional 3-points easily if you don't want to mess with 4-points on a regular basis. Or you could just run the lap belt portion like I do. There is a very nice cage installed. JC Fab built the cage ($1300). They also built the front bumper and rear tire carrier. Very very nice! The rear carrier does not rattle, or lean, or any of that crap. Inside again, there's a fold and tumble rear seat, Tuffy console, and CB up top. The speedometer, voltage, and oil pressure gauges are working. The factory temp and gas gauges are not. However, there is an accurate fuel gauge mounted below the dash.
As far as the body, It's in great shape. It is visible from the underside that the front floors have been replaced as some point. On the inside, it's all carpeted so this is not visible. There are no rust issues with the body or frame. No bubbling in the paint or anything like that. It's an extremely nice Jeep that anyone would be proud to have!
I have full receipts that will go to the new owner.
