Description of 1988 Jeep Wrangler Sport

1988 Jeep Wrangler YJ with only 66,000 miles you will be hard pressed to find a YJ with less miles. Has 2 original keys. Everything is OEM except there is a Kenwood CD player installed and Smittybilt Soft Top. 6cyl engine 5 Speed manual. Starts and runs perfectly, passed emissions on 5/17. Clutch feels strong and transmission shifts smooth. I am the 3rd owner, has been in Colorado all 29 years of its life. Clean title 0 accidents
The Bad:
There is minor surface rust on the windshield frame and there is a crack on the passanger side of the windshield.
Leaks Fluids (It's a 30 year old jeep)
4WD light stays on all the time.
Fan clutch makes noise around 1.5k-3k rpm
Driver seat is worn.
The Good:
No significant rust
I replaced the timing chain, chain guide and Chain Cover at 65k
Fresh Castrol GTX oil and Fram filter.
New Fram air and fuel filter.
New Sparkplugs/wires/cap & rotor
31x10.5 Cooper Discoverer M/T 90% tread depth
Factory installed options include Extra capacity gas tank(20gal) and Trac-Lok LSD.
