Description of 1989 Jeep Wagoneer

Up for sale is my '89 Jeep Grand Wagoneer + 1963 Shasta Compact!Be the coolest person you know at the campground this summer with this amazing rig!
Selling as a package, you'll be hard fetched to find another deal like this,

1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer:The 1987-1991 model years are considered the "best of the breed" due to a number of upgrades. These include upgraded wood siding and modernized aluminum wheels that lost their gold colored inlays in favor of gunmetal grey metallic. All exterior colors were now applied in a two-stage base-clearcoat system.

Finally, a number of further improvements were made for the 1989-1991 model year series including a quality replacement for the earlier, leak-prone air conditioning compressor, the addition of the visually identifiable rear wiper assembly, as well as a general improvement in fit and finish. An interior overhead console, taken from Chrysler's popularminivans, was also added. This functional console featured much brighter map lights, an outside temperature sensor and compass, and an infrared remote-controlled key-less entry system.

Good:
  • Rebuilt Amc 360 with 10k miles
  • Body mounts is in great shape
  • frame is in great shape
  • All power option and in working order
  • Interior is in good shape
Bad:
  • Jeep hood ornament has fallen off
  • Drivers seat is ripped
  • Rocker panels have rust
  • Tow hitch has rot
  • Rear carpet is missing
1963 Shasta CompactPerfect for colder weather camping (kitchen inside) and just big enough for long extended campouts. The one unique bonus about this trailer is a closet that can easily be made into a bathroom. Quite uncommon in smaller trailers andthis feature really sold me on the trailer. Also, due to thefloor plan and height on thistrailer, it seems more spacious then one would expect. "Most" trailers of this size have the dinette up front, bed to the back and kitchen in the middle. The Compact floorplan utilizes the space better. Peopleoften remark on howmuch larger it appearsonce you step inside. This trailer also comes with a canvas bunk so it will accomodate two adults and two small children easily. They made these little Compacts from 1960 through the early 70s If you're looking for a small trailer with all of the above needs, their isn't much out there that can deliver all of this in such a small package.
Good:
  • Has original title from 1963 and is well documented(rare)
  • Interior is in great shape
  • Lots of original hard to find parts
  • Aluminum sheet metal is in good shape
  • Frame is solid
  • No leaks
Bad:
  • Some rot in the plywood near wheel wells
  • Jack is broken
  • Needs new tires
