Very clean 1985 Jeep Scrambler with an AMC 360 V-8 and mild cam, 4 speed manual, 2 barrel carb, headers and side pipes - this Jeep sounds mean! No rust and body is very straight! Has a suspension2" lift and 2" body lift, 15" American racing wheels and 33" BGF tires, T176 transfer case, power assist brakes and power steering. I am not certain of the gear ratio, as this information was not passed along to me when I purchased it. New Pro Comp front and rear bumpers and a New Bestop Supertop with tinted windows. Has full metal doors and also Half metal YJ doors, Front disc brakes and rear drum brakes, Interior upholstery is good and the entire pan has been lined. Runs and drives very well, no road walking or death wobble. Does not have AC, but heater core is installed. No radio or speakers installed - you couldn'thear them anyway while this beast is running. Currently the blower fan is not working nor does the horn. Mechanically and electrically sound. Paint is very good, but it is not a $5,000.00+ show vehicle finish. Original color of this CJ was Green, as it was first owned by the US Forestry department. I've searched for many CJ8's in the past and this one is one of the cleanest for the money. If it doesn't sell, I would most likely add fuel injection and vintage air to make this a really cool daily driver.
