Description of 1982 Jeep Other

Nice Jeep from Southern California. I bought this Jeep about 2 years ago and drove it on the weekends. Never took it off road. just around the beach towns. The good:Starts and runs fine. I drive it on the weekends with no problems. New battery. new steering box. new gaskets and bushings. New catalytic converter. passes CA smog. Registered through Feb 2016. 4x4 works. Lights. windshield wipers. and heater work. Aftermarket MT rims and 32" BFGoodrich tires with good tread left. Syncros recently replaced. New booster pump. The bad:Hood has Bondo and primer. I am told the hood flew up on the previous owner causing a dent and chipped paint. The rest of the green paint appears to be original which is good. but its showing its age. Approximately 2" paint bubble under windshield. this is the only area like this. Brake pedal occasionally fades. I haven't had any trouble stopping but it should be considered. possible the master cylinder. I'm told the gaskets were replaced but it started leaking less than an 1/8 quart of oil per year. The dash plate is not original. Someone over the years replaced it for and moved the switches to the other side of the steering wheel. Some of the gauges are new as seen in the pictures. The speedometer is not accurate at times. Hardtop is missing a bolt on the passenger side hinge. A lot of the hardware (door hinge bolts. windshield bolts. etc) has been changed over the years and is not original. The bikini top has a small tear. This Jeep is located in Orange County. CA.
