Description of 1988 Jeep Other |
Hello All, Im selling my 1988 (hot rod) Grand Wagoneer. Its a daily driver and will be missed very much.It has 149k and has had tons of parts either replaced or repaired. 4x4 works great and was professionally repaired with the motor being professionally bored over 30 ( giving it a nice kinda hot rod rumbel). Car idols and shift great. With that said it is over 30 years old so it has it problems. Any questions are welcome or even come check it out before you buy. New: New battery, new A/T tires, spark plugs, wires, all new distributor,4x4 rebuilt, Motor bored over 30, new starter, New carburetor, and lots of other, just ask! Clean GA title in hand. Bad: some of the window don't work well, they do work but seem to be getting weak power and roll pretty slow. Wiper come on and off when i run over a bump sometimes.front door inside handle needs put back on(included). All things pretty much work with the exception of the Turn signal. I haven't look into it yet so could just be a fuse. All other lights are fine.Rear riverside has a rust spot that looks like the paint is starting to peel off(as seen in photo). Hood has a chipping paint spot as shown in pics. Wood grain has its problems and is cracked in some spots. I have own this Jeep for 3 years and its time for me to pass it on. Drive it as is or restore it to perfection. this jeep looks great for it age and is a real head turner. No rust at all with the exception of the rear drivers panel as stated before. Super Solid! Trans great, 4x4 great and has had its shifter installed professionally in the floor. Will come with a box of misc parts( trim, few switches etc..) Ac not working! Front Seat are torn with covers on them. Picture say it all and are accurate. Please ask questions. |
