99% rust free (two small spots pictured) The 5.3 engine came from a 2002 Suburban with 115,000 miles on it. The transmission is a 4L65E with all new GM wiring and electronics, pan gasket and filter. The transfer case is a NP241C from a 92 Z71. It has the stock drive shafts but the rear is shortened approximately 3" and a spacer was used on the front shaft. No slip yokes on the case. Bolt on yokes. Transfer case is stick shift for 2x4 or 4x4. Column shift for the automatic transmission. Brand new 4" lift kit from Rusty's off road. This includes new leaf springs, shocks, steering stabilizer and drop pitman arm. Brand new BFG all terrain tires. Stainless 2.5" exhaust is all mandrel bent with no kinks. Uses a GM truck muffler so it's quiet. Weather prof fuse box under hood for the fuel injection system. New water pump was installed when motor swap was done six months ago. New Becool radiator. New stainless steel brake hoses. Warn 8274 winch just rebuilt with new cable and bushings. All windows work. Cruise control will work if the column switch is changed to the GM one from an 80's truck. Wipers only work on high (probably the governor). Seats need covers. Bj's off-road has a nice set for about $750. Fuel tank is a brand new unit built for a 2000 Chevy blazer. Fuel pump is also 2000 blazer. Fuel filler neck was enlarged to make fueling up much easier. I would be totally comfortable with driving this truck anywhere. You could fly in and drive it home. I drive this currently as my primary vehicle and I love it but need a Suburban for the growing family. If you are close and want to test drive it feel free to come and see it.
