This car is offered for sale by a Hardy Automotive, a licensed and bonded Florida Motor Vehicle Dealer.

No dealer fee is charged but Florida residents are required to pay sales tax, title and registration fees. Residents from other states might be required to pay their state’s sales tax to Florida. A more detailed explanation can be found at the Florida Department of Revenue website.

The buyer agrees to submit a $500 deposit with PayPal within 24 hours. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due within 7 days. Vehicle will not be available for pickup or shipping until payment clears my local bank. Payments accepted are Certified Bank Check, Bank Wire, Bank to Bank Electronic Transfer or cash in person unless other arrangements are agreed upon before auctions end.

If you are flying in to the Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood International airport, we can pick you up at the airport, just call us before booking your flight.

We have made every effort to research and inspect this vehicle prior to sale but make no warranty as to the condition implied or expressed. All vehicles are sold “as-is” and without warranty. Keep in mind that almost no used car is ever in perfect condition, all used cars have flaws from minor scratches to dings, dents and/or mechanical issues, worn buttons, worn seating or trim, missing books, minor leaks or power options not working. All cars come with only one master key unless otherwise stated. Owners books and/or manuals are only included if pictured or if stated in ad.

In the event the vehicle is shipped, this policy still applies, however the return must be initiated within 48 hours from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer then 100 additional miles upon return. Return shipping and the expense will be the obligation of the buyer.
