It has always been garaged and pampered in the Southeastern USA and has never been exposed to harsh winters. road salt. etc. It has just 82K miles from new! It could pass for a 40K mile Jeep! It is that nice I have owned well over 100 CJs and this is as nice as they come short of a professional nut and bolt restoration. This Jeep maintains all of its original steel body panels and tub. I can find no evidence of any previous rust repair or accident damage. It has been treated to one professional re-spray in its original Sebring red base coat/clear coat. It is very evident that this CJ has always been garage kept and babied. The paint is super nice too. It was done professionally (base coat and clear coats) and the correct Laredo decal kit was professionally applied as well. This is an original Laredo. It is specified on the window sticker as a $2935 option. The top is like new as are the wheels. bumpers. trim. etc. the Jeep looks new! The interior is original and is in amazing condition again this Jeep could pass for a 40K mile Jeep. All of the Laredo items are still intact and are superb. Everything works including the stereo. every gauge. lights. signals. wipers. horn. and even the AC blows ice cold! Mechanically. the Jeep is perfect. The motor starts very easily and even the electric choke works properly. It does not run hot. smoke. leak. etc. it holds perfect oil pressure and runs very strong. The 4 speed transmission shifts perfectly and the 4WD works as it should with no issues. The tires are like new and the brakes and suspension feel great! This really is the perfect Jeep CJ. It will not hurt my feelings to keep this one. If this Jeep was sitting in Wylie. TX at Collins Brothers Jeep it would be $25K! It is that nice of a Jeep.
