Description of 1991 Jeep Wagoneer |
I have for sale a 1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Final Edition. This Jeep has covered 99. 00 miles and has had three owners. It started life in Pennsylvania with the first owner from 1991 to 2004. They put 91. 00 miles on it and then it was sold to an owner in California where it stayed for 10 years and accumulated only 8. 00 miles. I acquired the vehicle and have been using it only as a collector vehicle and doing plenty of work to it. This Wagooner is Cordovan Red. over Cordovan (burgundy) leather interior. The interior is a 10/10 for condition. absolutely flawless. The exterior is 8/10. There is some wear consistent with 24 years of use but is in overall excellent condition. Features include power seats. power locks. and windows. air conditioning (blows cold). Upgraded Alpine speakers. Body is solid. no rust. and the underbody has been coated. No rust underneath. including no rust around the fuel tank area. The rear power window works with the switch and key. The engine is an AMC 360 (5. 9L) V8 with a 3-speed automatic transmission. All five tires (+spare) are brand new. Here is a list of what has been done to it since I've owned it. Thousands have been invested to make this one of the best Wagoneers for sale. Everything on the list has been done in the last 90 days / 500 miles and done to ensure mechanical reliability. All documentation of the work is available. Replaced vacuum lines on fuel/vaper separator system Repaired and painted rusting fog light parts Changed Spark Plugs Replace valve cover gaskets Painted air cleaner. brackets. pullies. heater core. brake booster. hood latches. hood supports. battery tray. & radiator. Flushed Coolant. filled with new Changed door handle gaskets (x8) Cleaned & lubricated window guides and regulators (x4) Cleaned and lubricated power door lock actuators (x4) Flushed Brake fluid I will be as honest as possible about the condition so any disclosures are listed here: The rear wiper doesn't function and the rear window sprayer has been disconnected. I have not troubleshot this issue. so I don't know what it wrong with it. The cordovan red has been repainted. it's an average paint job. There is some debris in the paint in certain spots if examined closely. but overall looks fantastic The digital compass/temp display in the overhead console doesn't function. I have troubleshot this issue and it seems to be a problem with the circuit board. The chrome on the roof rack mounts and door handles have some pitting. The bumpers have some scratches. The window trim and other chrome parts are in good condition however. It has an Edlebrock carburetor on it and as a result the cruise control has been disconnected. All of the parts are still there and it would just have to be adapted to the throttle on the new carb. The door lock cylinders have been changed. (The old keys were very worn). This simply means that you have a separate key for the glove box and rear hatch. but overall the vehicle is more secure There are plenty of perfect Wagoneers for sale from companies like Wagon Master and Wagoneer World. They build great rigs and price them accordingly ($50. 00+). This Jeep is 90% of those on condition but only 50% of the price. Yes. there are cheaper Wagoneers for sale. but ask yourself how much time and money it will take to bring them up to excellent condition. both mechanically and cosmetically. This Wagoneer needs. nothing. it's ready for you to enjoy. Use caution when buying from a dealer that has no records or history. This Jeep is great for fun excursions and car shows. It's extremely fun and everyone loves the old "woody" Wagoneer. I've tried to be as honest as possible. as noted this is a 24 year old Wagoneer that is in terrific condition for the age. If you are local please come buy to have a look. Only 24 pictures are allowed here. so if you need more pictures please let me know. I welcome all questions. If you are in the market for a Wagoneer please contact me and we'll discuss condition. repairs and price. I will assist with shipping drop off or airport pick-ups. |
