Description of 1979 Jeep Wagoneer Custom

1979 Jeep Wagoneer custom. 360 AMC engine. TH400 trans. Quadratrac. 117992 miles. DRIVETRAIN:Engine runs. Could probably use a tune up and maybe a carb kit. Transmission works as it should. I have only driven it down my driveway and back. It seemed to shift as it should. 4x4 seems to work as it should. Low range engages with handle in floor. Emergency drive light comes on with switch in glove box. Needs exhaust work. TIRES:Tires have close to full tread. They are commercial grade BF Goodrich 235/75/15. Rims are solid chrome smoothies with baby moon hubcaps. Right front hubcap is missing. Glass:Windshield has a small chip. All other glass is good. Rear defroster works as it should. Rear window rolls down with switch on dash and will roll up if you help it along. I do not have the door key to see if the switch on the tailgate works. Body/frame:Body has some rust as seen in photos. Rear wheel wells have rust. some rust in floorboards by doors. Rockers have some rust. Driver's door has been hit with something. There are a few small dents and dings here and there. Frame looks to be solid. Most all the chrome is in nice shape. Bumpers are both peeling and will need replaced. Has tow hitch mounted to rear frame with electrical connection. All lights seem to work as they should. Rear cargo light works with switch. This wagoneer originally had a am/fm/cb as identified with hole on dash on passenger side. All wiring original and intact and has not been hacked up. Dash pad is excellent with no cracks or warps. has the rare aftermarket under dash air conditioning unit. Its fan works on all speeds as it should but i'm sure it needs recharged or other work to function as it should. The grill has a piece missing right where hood latch handle is. The jeep comes with 2 new shocks for the front and what I believe is another engine wiring harness. Has chrome luggage rack on the roof. Has aftermarket second fuel tank installed. It is not hooked up but seems to be in good shape. Terms:Jeep can sit here for a month unless other arrangements are made. All you have to do is contact me at 605-858-3400. I don't charge storage or anything. There is no battery with jeep. I have one we can put in it to load it. It will drive on a trailer no problem.
