Description of 1972 Jeep Other J4000

THIS IS A 1972 JEEP J4000 4X4 PICKUP TRUCK that will go most anywhere. It comes with a matching canopy. It has a set of Wild Country Radial RVT tires LT 265/75 R16 that are probably 80% to 90%. It has 360 V8 with a 4 speed transmission and locking hubs. It has 116578 miles. The engine has ZERO miles since being rebuilt. The heads were done at a professional shop and will run on unleaded gas. Running unleaded before is what led to the overhaul. The engine has new rings rod and main bearings timing gears and chain. It has a new clutch and throwout bearing. Unfortunately when the engine was reinstalled it would not run correctly. Best as can be said the timing chain was installed off a tooth or two. This all happen some years ago and has been sitting ever since and last time we tried would not start. Carburetor will need to be rebuilt and gas drained.The body is pretty straight but tailgate is rusty. One corner of the rear bumper is bent. Had windshield replaced recently. Pictures are older (HAVE ADDED CURRENT ONES). It had a new dual exhaust system installed shortly before the rebuilt (sounded awesome). THIS IS A STEAL AT THE ASKING PRICE and I have much more than that invested. It is being sold as is no warranty and will need to be towed out of here Portland Oregon.
