Description of 1977 Jeep Wagoneer

1977 Jeep Wagoneer. It's time to sell. She's got a nice start on restoration. Rebuilt engine last summer. Less than 200 miles on rebuild. Just got it road worthy (had to chase a few leaks). Love the truck but I don't have time to make it great. She drives fine but needs a few things to be ready for off road. This Jeep is sold as is and I have listed everything I can think of below both good and bad. Please email me with questions or for additional pictures. Buyer needs to arrange pickup and provide a $500 down payment at the end of the auction.The good:

360 v8 new rings cam & crank bearings RV cam & lifters last summer 2014.
Factory 4 bbl w/Rebuilt Edelbrock 4bbl carb. I have the original carter carb that I will send with it.
MSD ignition
New gas pump
New heater core
New Starter
Newly rebuilt alternator 100 amp
Differential fluid changed in 2013
TH200 Transmission just resealed
Quadra-Trac w/ low range
Tow package (has hydraulic brake controller that doesn't work)
Seats are in great shape.
New carpet 2013 wheel wells have some fading
Body solid no major dents.
New Tires 2013 Goodyear Wrangler
Original Mag Wheels
Has all of the trim & roof rack

Needs:

Engine Tuned (has a miss and I haven't found the vacuum leak)
Suspension gone through (drives fine but make a couple noises when turning and accelerating quickly)
Tires balanced (road noise at 60 mph)
Rear left quarter panel needs to be replaced see picture.
Only has radio/cassette and the cassette doesn't work
Needs Head liner
Paint
Exhaust leak on pipe
Rear Window Crank
Tail gate needs some cosmetic work. The dash has the switch for an electric gate but this one is manual.
Steering column is a bit loose and is not original.
Dash has a horizontal crack in the center and the screen was crushed in by my kiddo.
I over-tightened the oil pan gasket and it has a small leak. It comes with the replacement.
Power-Steering has a small leak.
Transmission cooling lines leak near the connection to the radiator.
This Jeep originally had A/C but most of the system was removed.
Needs some new door & window seals.
