Description of 1984 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class 230SL 280SL 300SL 350SL 420SL 450SL 500SL 560SL

1984 Mercedes-Benz 380SL. Low miles of 110,745. Awesome desirable black on black Roadster. Very clean both in and out considering the age. Normal to little age wear which I consider normal wear as expected with age. Pictures show quite well its excellent condition. Has both hard and soft top. Everything works like it should. This years 380SL came with more reliable and desirable Factory updated climate control units unlike its earlier years and that of 450SL. It also came with Factory updated Double roller timing chain which makes this series very reliable and worry free of most timing chain issues.
Absolutely no rusts on this beauty. I have taken several close up pictures to show the condition of the body and the quality of the paint. I'm quite certain this car was always looked after well. All original including the soft top which is in very good condition. No leaks. Also has hard top which was not stored right probably and is bit more weathered.Clean title, lean Carfax with 100 percent buy back guarantee and evaluation in excess of current market book value. A great looking and driving vehicle. NO rusts on the undercarriage or anywhere else as it was always a Washington cars and we have mild weather compared to most of teh country with no salt used on roads or no fading or cracks from intense sunlight.Pictures and closeup tells the condition well.

Hard top does NOT have rust..slightly less shine but may be fine with little waxing. I have pictures of it if you would like to see it. I may have been overly critical or may have come across as such. It is in good condition with no dents, usts or cracks. Inside headliner is in very good shape as well with no rips or tears..just a little light fauxing in one corner, hich I am sure will come out if need be or desired,,Please ask for pictures
