1967 Lamborghini 400GT 2+2 (One of just 247 produced) Chassis No. 0616Engine No. 0567This 1967 Lamborghini 400GT 2+2 is a gorgeous original matching numbers example and an excellent driver. Red with saddle leather interior, this car is mechanically sound and very presentable. The interior wears a very attractive original patina. It's body is very straight with good gaps but it could use some minor paint work in some areas. It's also solid overall with a particularly clean undercarriage. With bodywork designed by Carrozzeria Touring, the400GT 2+2 was first presented at the 1966 Geneva Auto Show and was direct competition to the Ferrari 330GT, Jaguar E-Type 2+2, and the Maserati Sebring 3500GTI. With only 247 units built between 1966 and 1968, they featured an enlarged V12 engine with a power output of 320 bhp and top speed of over 150mph. This particular 400GT 2+2 would be a worthy addition to any Lamborghini enthusiast's collection. - Matching numbers example- One of just 247 built between 1966-1968- The 31st 400GT 2+2 built-Touring #19001-Shipping date July 30th 1966-Originally Blu Notte with Tobacco interior-Sold new at Kaplan in NYTechnical Data:320 hp, 3,929 cc 60-degree DOHC V-12 engine, five-speed all-synchromesh gearbox, independent front and rear suspension with unequal length wishbones, coil springs, and anti-roll bars, and four-wheel Girling disc brakes with servo-assist.
