Description of 1979 Lancia Other

Bought as a running project. Since I have owned it I have had the seats recovered in leather. timing belt and associated pumps and hoses replaced. full tune-up and valve adjustment. Good: Car runs well and pulls strong. seats are excellent. The car is a good functional Lancia Scorpion with most of the original detail intact. Suspension lowered with newer schools/struts. handles very well. Bad: Paint is not terrible - a good buff/polish will restore luster. Original bumpers have been replaced with what appear to be something possible off an Acura. The canvas top has a tear. Interior is solid but parts of the vinyl are becoming detached. The original exhaust system has been replaced with four tip exhaust - it is proper for the car and sounds great however the car will not pass CA smog - I do have all the original parts for the original exhaust and the car did pass smog when the original parts were in place - I had it done and do have a copy of the cert. The exterior is missing a few parts. light covers etc. and there is rust on the front hood. This is a running project with much work already completed. Contact buyer for additional information.
