Description of 1991 Land Rover Range Rover Hunter Edition |
EXTREMELY RARE! 1991 Range Rover Hunter Edition Ready for Off-Roading - Starts, uns and drives FANTASTIC. It's a beast off-road! Recently attended Lucky 8 Off-Road's Rovers on the Slopes Event and performed flawlessly. Vehicle is in very good/excellent condition for its age. NO ROT! Undercarriage has only very light surface rust. It is getting harder and harder to find a Range Rover Classic in this condition. This was a Virginia vehicle before coming to NY. All rust through was cut out and new metal welded in. Features of Hunter Edition: No ABS No Swaybars Cloth Interior- Manual Seats Factory Cargo Area Dog guard ARB Winch Bumper LT230 Transfer Case with Center Locking Differential Steel Rock Sliders - Will also include factory rails 2.5" Lift NRP Stainless Exhaust Near New BFG Mud Terrains with less than 3000 miles Includes set of 4 General Altimax Arctic snow tires (less than 500 miles on them) 2 Spare tires on factory wheels Steering Box Guard Differential Guards SuperWinch X9 with Synthetic Rope (Not currently working, olenoids click and probably need to be replaced) Dual Batteries with one of them being a yr old Optima Red Top battery. Magnecor Spark Plug wires No play in U-Joints or Drive-shafts No overheat issues at all. No water leaks, ry interior. Cloth Seats in Excellent condition Carpet in very good shape. Rear bumper included but not installed. Rear tailgate upper window has NO Rust. Recent Service work done: Repainted to original color in 2014. Not a show-car paint job but looks very good. All front suspension components replaced (Tie-Rods, ushings, teering Damper). Differential Fluid changed in both Diffs Oil and Filter Changed New Alternator (Converted to A/C Delco) New Belts Newer Ignition Coil New Water-pump, oses and T-stat Passenger front swivel ball seal has been replaced (Driver side needs to be done, ll seals for the job included) Will include spare parts as well, ncluding a good working differential. Minor Issues: It's British so it does leak some fluids...Leaks oil, ot a lot, ut I check it every few weeks. T-case is leaking fluid from front felt output seal (1 hr job to fix). I didn't replace the felt seal when I put the case in. Low Oil level sensor's wires broken off so the oil light flashes at startup. Sender could probably be replaced with a used unit if wanted. This does not effect the sensor for the oil pump though, hat works fine. Only needs minor interior work, eadliner was drooping so it was removed and sprayed with flocking (Looks OK, ut could be redone in fabric if wanted) Aftermarket head-unit (works, ut display is dim, ay just be a wiring issue) - New front door speakers but needs speakers for back. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions. |
