Description of 1975 Land Rover Defender |
Freshly imported from Cordoba, Spain. 1975 Land Rover 109 Santana. 2.25L four-cylinder diesel, mated to a four-speed transmission. Cosmetically restored a couple years ago, wearing sharp limestone paint under a white roof and color matched wheels. Front seats were replaced, the middle row is original and in great shape. Recently serviced here in Virginia. Chassis and body are very rust free. Please see frame photos below. Currently located in Richmond VA and conveys with a clear Virginia title. 1975 Land Rover 109 Santana- 2.25L Four Cylinder diesel / four speed transmission- Cosmetically restored in early 2015- Currently has seating for 6; front seats new- Clear VA Title, in Richmond VA VIN# Note: This truck was imported from Europe, and does not have a conventional 17 digit VIN# recognized by eBay. The VIN# isE5900437 Offered at $17,500 Exterior: Paint shows well, and is approximately a year and a half old. The limestone body looks great against the white roof and white wheels. No bubbling shows around bulkhead, nor is there any rust or rot on the chassis. One spot of oxidization evident above driver's side passenger door, right at the drain, and is about an inch long. Spare tire mounts on rear door; currently stored in the rear. Interior: Seating for six, with front seats reupholstered. Middle row is original and in good condition. Missing horn pad and sun visors. Dashboard, floors, and other trim all in good shape. Lights, switches, and gauges all work. Drivetrain: 2.25L diesel recently serviced, to include new injectors and head gasket. Coolant system serviced (hoses, thermostat, radiator cap), and the steering box rebuilt. Truck starts easily.
