| 1989 Genuine factory fitted V8 100% legally imported and titled. Florida Title in hand. Truck gets a lot of attention and people love these things. This is a great opportunity to get an awesome 110 V8 purchased from Southern England. It is in amazing shape for its age and was spared from the rusty fate typically associated with damp England by it's meticulous previous owner. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find these in perfect working order and not riddled with rust. The original paint is still glossy with the body work straight and tidy. Gas prices are down and the fun level is up. anyone that has driven a diesel Rover can attest to their sluggish and snail like pace. Granted that is part of the fun. but some people require more power for hauling their weekend/adventure toys. That's where the Rover V8 comes in. With only 69k miles this engine purrs and has a very very nice exhaust note. The upgraded Webber carb really allows it to breathe and offers more reliability over the original dual Strombies. Vehicle cruises comfortably at 70+ and has more to give. 5 Brand New Kenda MT's and 5 Rovers North Modular HD wheels were just installed and have less than 5 miles on them. The interior is in wonderful condition with new 2nd row seats and new headliner. All the windows. locks and even the sunroof function flawlessly. Heavy Duty floor mats and newer carpet polish off the interior comfort. The black has been enclosed. easily removable. to provide secure storage for equipment and gear. Up top is a full-length Brown Church roof rack extended version. These racks are wonderful and my personal favorite for these Rovers. Their rugged simplicity meshes well with the utilitarian nature of the Defenders. Bolted to the rack are 3 lockable cubby boxes and a flooring matrix to allow for easy access. You will not be disappointed in this one folks. It's a once in awhile type of truck. According to the local DMV there are only 2 other V8 110's of similar specs in the state. I have a stack of paperwork from Customs. EPA and DOT to attest to the squeaky clean importation of this truck.
