Description of 1985 Land Rover Defender

hi here we have a rear opportunity to grab a gem it's a v8 90 county no been messed around with it is as it was when it left the factory i have owned this 90 for about a year and a half it's been sat in my barn since then . ave just done new head gaskets and new starter motor and new slave and master cylinder for clutch so it starts and driver with no problems it's very solid underneath cross members and rear chassis and in very good condition and original good parts are :good straight v8 90 county solid chassis original x5 steel wheels has air con fitted pump broken start and drives well one of 500 only made i'm lead to believe full head liner still in place and in good condition could do with a cleanoriginal engine and gearboxbad points :some one has removed a back seat so the lpg tank can be fitted back door needs work on bottom edge and the floor pans need replacing bulk head needs some repair plates has been patched up before but is not in need of replacing whole bulk head doors are all good and the rest is in very good condition i can get a replacement rear seat so if it makes the money i want for it i will buy and add it in on sale shipping can be arranged at cost or you can sort your own out from Norfolk England i am also able to offer a complete rebuild of this truck if you are interested in having it re stored before it is shipped out it was built in and dispatched on the 10/05/1985 and sold for the first time on 17/05/1985 it was a special order buy and this is how it came to have the air con fitted to order i am just waiting to hear back from gaydon heritage motor center about more history if i get anymore information on this i will add it to the advert all the strips and badges are original and the paint work to but as i have written before some one has done a bit of patch work under wind screen area but this is the only place that has been messed around with but nothing major i think this is the most of what i have to say about her but should i have missed out anything please feel free to ask me drop me a message or you can call me on 07833497811 thanksmario
