ACTUAL VIN isSALLDHMB8EA333989 This is a Euro-spec Defender 110 so we must list the VIN here. On a TITLE-ABLE Pennsylvania Salvage certificate. 1988 Land Rover Defender 110 Additional picturesand walk around video avail upon request VERY RARE Euro-Spec Version that is US 50 State title-able What makes this so rare is that it is a 2.5L Turbo Diesel AND left hand drive. Almost all import diesels are right hand drive This is the Defender 110... the long wheel base version of the Defender 90 We are selling this Defender 110 as a restoration project. It had an interior fire. ALL details are listed below Mileage is unknown due to the cluster burn. What we do know is there was a motor service at 191KM (118K Miles) last year. So we believe mileage to be very close to that. What we have here is a 1988 Land Rover Defender 110. We purchased this Defender 110 as a restoration project, its a great starting point for a custom 110. The Defender had a interior fire. These dont come around very often and this one will make a great finished product. Do a Google search of Defender 110 custom and you can see first hand the potential this platform has!!! Here are the individual specifics... INTERIOR We pulled most of the interior to see the extent of the damage and it is not very bad. We didnt try and hide anything, basically just pulled what was damaged and gave it a quick wipe down. Smoke damage on the roof BUT the is NO warping at all on the roof. Didnt even damage the external paint on the roof. All the door panels have blistering. All doors still function and close properly. Most of the heat was at the column and cluster, they are burnt the worse. Wiring is still all there for a fresh rewire. NOT completely melted. Interior floor and sides are SOLID and clean. EXTERIOR Exterior is solid. The is some finish weathering from the age of the unit. NO panel warping from the fire. Just a GREAT solid starting point for a fresh finish or roll with it the way it is. Some signs of heat and smoke on the driver side front. Underneath the Defender is correct and the frame is solid. Normal signs of weathering. Tires are all 90% life left. MOTOR - TRANS VERY nice and original in the motor compartment. Just a solid example of a 2.5L turbo diesel motor. We did some minor wiring repair so the motor would start. Motors runs and sounds perfect. Trans shifts ass it should.
