A true British icon, a legendary 1991 Land Rover Defender 90 equipped with the coveted 200 TDI power plant and five speed manual transmission.In honest and generally unmolested condition.The bodywork is nice and original. The vehicle is fitted with rear sliding side windows as well as ease of use side steps. Minor modifications include front clear lights and lenses for a sleek modern look. Underneath the frame is strong and it has been previously well waxoyled for protection. This Defender looks stylish sitting nicely on factory Land Rover 16" steel rims.A true original Defender!As with any older vehicle, please expect flaws and imperfections that come with age and mileage. It still has a current MOT (British road safety test); every vehicle in the UK must pass a MOT each year (not required for the USA but completed regardless). Mechanically, this Land Rover is in excellent running and driving condition. The Defender starts easily and runs smoothly with every turn of the key.Her road manners are good and what you would expect from a Defender.The suspension feels tight and well sorted.Steering and braking feel good, too.The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. The engine makes great power and feels strong throughout the power band.Low-end torque is impressive. Gear changes through the manual transmission are precise. Payment -Please only bid on one of our vehicles if you have the funds to commit to the purchase. Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay message, email or phone within 24 hours of auction close. Full payment is due within 5 days of the auction's end. If you are having the vehicle shipped, full payment must be completed before the vehicle will be released for shipment. Shipping & Vehicle Pick-Up -We can help the buyer find a shipping company at a competitive price, however, we assume no responsibility for damages incurred once the purchased vehicle leaves our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle will be released to the shipping company. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Export & Import Services -We handle all aspects of vehicle exports and imports, including UK export and US import compliance. We work directly with specialist shipping companies and export/import agents. We are registered and bonded importers with US customs.

Buyer's Inspection -We have made every effort to accurately describe the vehicle described below under "Vehicle Information" to you. We certify that we have disclosed to you all relevant information known about this vehicle at the time of sale. All test drives and inspections must be completed prior to final sale, so please ensure that you have inspected the vehicle to your satisfaction prior to final sale. The buyer is responsible for all inspection charges and fees.

Non-paying Bidders-We take great pride in our work and are very passionate about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on vehicles in our auctions to be serious about honoring their bids. If you are the successful bidder in one of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time (see "Payment" section), an Unpaid Item case will be opened with eBay. The vehicle is located in Durham, North Carolina; it has passed all NC Department of Transport, Environmental Protection Agency and NC DMV inspections and is 100% legally here in the USA. It has passed all legal NC DMV requirements to be registered and titled in the State of North Carolina. We are an NC licensed and bonded registered auto dealer. The vehicle will be sold with an NC title that will be transferred to the new owner. We are happy to take more photos, videos or live-video chat with any serious buyers.
