Description of 1969 Land Rover Defender |
1969 Land Rover Series Defender 2.5 liter Diesel & 5 SpeedTransmission Originally imported by the Rover Motor Company of North America when new in 1969; we found this Series 2A in a storage unit just outside of Salt Lake City, UT. This is lucky Land Rover #7 from our shop and we can absolutely say it's our best. We removed the original petrol engine and 3-speed transmission and swapped it for a 1993 Defender 90 diesel and matching 5-speed transmission to allow for Highway speeds and overallcapability. We adjusted the Brakesand had the steering aligned. This vehicle comes with an Exmoor Bimini top and hoop set for sunny weather and Beach days. The Seats have been wrapped and coated in a waterproof material to allow for any weather conditions. A Custom Center Console was made with a Combination Lock and USB and AUX connectivity (Remote Control Included) and charging for any device. Whited out accents and trim wereprofessionallydone to emphasize the classic styling. Almost every aspect of this Classic Land Rover has been touched, polished, and updated. Givenits50% power increase and adjustments, this is our most nimble Land Rover project so far. Contact us at Contact@bespokecarbroker.com or +1(305) 395 2203 for videos or general questions
