Engine and Transmission
This defender has the fantastic 300TDI 2.5 Turbo Diesel engine. It starts first turn of the key every time. It has great compression on all 4 cylinders. We thoroughly inspected and serviced the motor. The engine has plenty of power . The transmission shifts as it should and 4 high and 4 low work perfectly. The clutch is smooth without any judder or slip.
Body
The bodywork is in good shape (see photos it does have some dings on the doors and the paint is reacting with the aluminum NOT RUST but it is an honest strong truck), the rear cross member has been replaced and has been under coated - the rest of the under carriage is in very good condition and does NOT need any welding, it has no holes or rust it is structurallyvery sound.
Interior
The Interior is in good condition, it has a fitted trim carpet
VEHICLE REVIEW
This vehicle has been in daily use, it is in good solid condition with signs of wear and use, the bulkhead and door bottoms are all solid WITH NO HOLES as is the rest of the car. Its structurally very sound.It can be used and enjoyed as a daily driver.
