1980 Land Rover Defender SUV Yellow 4WD Manual 110

Defender is an import from Portugal and EBay does not recognize VIN, has to list as a 1980 for their website.

This 1994 Land Rover Defender 110 is ready for summer fun, this is a solid Land Rover that needs nothing to be driven and enjoyed. This Defender would make a good daily driver or weekend fun rig for beach hopping or overlanding. It's a 1994 Land Rover Defender 110 5 door, LHD, and it came to the US from Lisboa, Portugal in 2021. It was previously one of the vehicles a tour company used for sightseeing tours with Defenders, there are still pictures on their website of this truck along with some newer ones they still have, and the company's website address is still on the truck, I didn't take it off because I thought it was unique and showed vehicle history. Also, Paddock Spares had previously featured this D110 as one of their trucks of the month.

The Defender has a 200 Tdi diesel that was rebuilt within the last few years and less than 17,000 miles since the rebuild. The engine runs smooth, has no visible blow by and produces good power (for a Defender!), and the engine pulls good. It was refreshed in and out when the engine was done, the paint was refreshed and interior seats were done. Has some cool extras like puma bonnet, steering guard, rear jump seats, ladder, large rear drop step, side running boards, KBX grill and headlight surrounds. I just installed 5 brand new black Land Rover sawtooth wheels with 5 brand new 265 75R16 BFG all terrain tires with less than 5 miles on them, and wheel spacers to get the stance just right. It just came back from getting checked out at a local Rover shop where it passed NH State Safety Inspection and had new rear brake pads installed, new speedometer cable, changed antifreeze, new battery, replaced swivel ball grease and fixed a couple of lights and the horn and the truck was checked over for any other needed repairs.

The benefit of a warm climate like Portugal is the lack of rust on older vehicles, the frame is really clean and has no rust issues, see pictures. The bulkhead is also very clean and the only imperfection is that the floorboards were patched at some point in the past, they are solid as is, but they have been patched in the past and because of that I pulled away some of the undercoating in one of the pictures so you can see it, it isn't the prettiest of jobs, but it's solid and will last. I pulled the undercoating away so it was visible to buyers and not hidden. The only other imperfection is that the doors have some corrosion under the paint in spots, I took some close up pictures of that. The passenger rear door has some rust you can see in the picture, doesn't effect operation or leak, and it is not weak, it's just not perfect and therefore I'm pointing it out. The other doors are pretty good, not perfect, everything is solid and with care will last without issue for some time.

This is a Defender that looks awesome and is ready for adventure, it's been mechanically looked after and recently checked over and is ready for some adventure. It is not perfect, it is a 1994!, but it is in great shape and it's ready to use and enjoy. Priced very fairly for the condition.
