On auction is a SUPER RARE 1956 LAND ROVER SERIES I(model 24) 109" longbox pickup truck. While I see the word rare used far too often by sellers of old and uncommon vehicles this little guy is only 1 of 69 LHD models produced in 1956. Now that's RARE. The production run for the Series 1 109" LB pickups was 1956 - 1958 and very few LH models were made. It is mostly complete as the pictures show but will need a total restoration. It runs and drives but the fuel pump has to be reinstalled as the owner was using it for another application the past few months. There are some dings as the pictures illustrate but overall it is very straight and exceptional for its vintage. There are three rust areas that I noticed when I took a close look at the underside. The passenger side front cab mount needs to be replaced(I have a spare one or you can have one fabricated), there are a couple of small areas along the lower frame lip mid-cab, and there is a small area at the RH rear just under the tailgate as the picture shows. There are more pictures available upon request if you wish to contact me. I am selling this for a business associate who lives in Montreal, QC, Canada. A $500 deposit via PayPal is required within 24 hours of auction close and balance due via bank transfer within 3 business days. Seller can assist with shipping arrangements and all paperwork to the USA or Worldwide no problem. This vehicle is currently in storage in Winnipeg, MB, Canada, and the nearest Port of export to USA is Pembina ND, 58271. Thanks for looking and enjoy the auction... NOTE: If you have less than 25 feedbacks on Ebay please contact me before bidding or your bid may be removed. Thanks again!
