It served with the the 103rd Royal Artillery Regiment as a FFR truck that coordinated Troop. Aircraft and Artillery via Radio. This Land Rover was retired from active duty in 2008. The Land rover is finished in a military Patina. This is a norm for land rovers of this caliper. Prior to serving in the 103rd Artillery Regiment in was painted in Olive Drab ( roller painted) . When it was transferred to the 103rd. It was repainted in Desert Tan ( roller painted) for Active service during the Desert Storm Campaign ready for deployment but it is uncertain wether or not it saw combat during the Gulf War. There are some dings and dents on the vehicle that add to its rugged character. None of which deteriorate the value or the ascetics of the truck.
