1987 Land Rover Defender 110 Soft Top ,Beach Truck,

This is a super clean straight rust free left hand drive X-MOD "Tithonus" 110 . It was hand picked by our resident U.K. expert and properly and legally imported. Our shop inspected and serviced the truck and then startedcivilizing it with some nice simple upgrades. It is a 1987. Ebay does not recognize these older Defender vin#. It comes with a clear clean Florida Title.

We color changed it to Blaze Orange Matte Metallic and trimmed it in Satin Black. This is a vinyl wrap and can be removed in the future to reveal the NATO Green Paint if desired.

Thistruck was built to be a fun practical simple reliable beach/weekend/adventure/vacation home/recreational vehicle. We started with a truck with great bones great history and great spec. These Tithonus 110s are the only Defenders we import as they offer the best value and are in great condition. They could use a few upgrades and modern touches and that is what this truck has received.With that said there is still lots more stuff that can be done if the buyer wishes.

"Tithonus Project" Defenders were restored an upgraded between 2007-2008 to extend the service life of the fleet. Upgraded equipment included new Safety Devices Roll Cagenew Exmoor Outlast Seating new Exmoor Insulated Matting System Wolf Heavy Duty Wheels and Michelin XZL Tires.

The eingine is Land Rover's 2.5 NA Dieseland the transmission is the LT77 5 speed. It runs drives shifts as it should.

We have built and sold many of these 110s and every owner has been totally satisfied. They are not for everyone. They are not show trucks. They areslow and simple. They do not have : A/C Bluetooth power windows/locks/seatsABSDSCNAVETCEASCrusie Controletcetc.They do have a nice enginetransmission brakes seats and a top. Everything you need to get somewhere fun.
