Hi! I have a 1964 Lincoln Continental and let me tell you, his is the most fun I have had with any car I have ever owned. One reason in particular is the "Cornelius Grant" badge on the dash. I'm guessing Ford - Lincoln custom made this vehicle for Cornelius Grant. I did some digging and came to find out that Cornelius was the musical director, uitar player and live show arranger for the Motown Vocal Group "The Temptations" from 1964-1982. The Temptations are one of the most succesful musical acts in history having sold tens of millions of records worldwide. Otis Williams, ome get Cornelius's car! ;) I am a songwriter and guitar player so finding this information blew my mind! I immediately realized the caliber of this man and my interest exploded towards this vehicle. I would love to find Cornelius Grant and offer this car to him if indeed he is an original owner. I am hoping I can achieve that with this listing or at least offer it to someone who knows him or of him and appreciates what he has done for music. I have included a picture of the un-touched badge on the dash displaying "Cornelius Grant". Also pictures of Cornelius with the Temptations, ith Muhammad Ali, ith George Benson, ith Omar Benson Miller, ith Samuel L. Jackson, ith Stevie Wonder and another picture of Cornelius at the Skoole Awards. The list of pictures with stars can go on but the point is that Cornelius is a legend and I happened to help out an elderly gentleman with his hospital bills who then sold me this car. I later realized that I own a miracle Lincoln. This car has changed my life and I know it will be a abundant blessing for the future "gatekeeper".This Continental is a BEAUTY. Men, omen, hildren, nimals and everything else stops to stare at this car. Runs and drives excellently. Original color GOLD paint. Interior in great shape. This car is MAGIC. 99,890 original miles, learly. I also have the original California Plates issued in 1963 that I can include in the deal although I would like to keep them as a souvenir. Clean title in hand. Lets talk and deal on this mind blowing piece of history.
