Description of 1979 Lincoln Continental Bill Blass model

I bought this car along with several other low mileage cars over 3 years ago. I bought it in Dallas with 77,575 miles on it. It had been once owned by a Lincoln executive, nd the previous owner drove it to Lincoln club events all over Texas. Detailed factory papers are enclosed with it. Overall it is in really nice condition and I would drive it anywhere. It has been driven very carefully about once every six weeks, nd has been kept in the garage for much of the time. Present mileage is only 80,020 miles.
The 8 track player does not work, lthough the radio works very well with outstanding volume and quality. Lately a small crease on the front seat has developed into a closed tear --see photo. The paint is beginning to fade in two spots above the wheel wells on the left side only, otherwise the paintwork really shines.. Cruise control, ower seats, lectric windows and door locks all work well. There has been no smoking in the car since I owned it, nd it does not smell of smoke from previous owner.
Exterior is very presentable and the interior is similarly impressive ---see photographs. The engine starts readily and is extremely strong. The transmission shifts effortlessly and smoothly. Brakes are excellent and tires are about 50 percent. The power antenna works well, he analog clock is working though I have never used it, he distance to empty computer works well and seems accurate. A/c is ICE COLD --- a new compressor was fitted at 78,500 miles.
This car is sure to please. It has attracted much attention wherever it goes, nd many admiring glances and comments have been given.
