Description of 1981 Lincoln Mark Series Mk6 |
Hi. nbsp; Happy holidays to all E-buyers. Your looking at my favorite car a 81 Lincoln Mark VI coupe. A Museum quality time capsule car from years past. It has been my driver here in Florida with 57xxx easy miles. A perfect vehicle that's never seen salt. snow. or rain. I purchased it from a Church minister a wile back. Quickly registered it and have an Antique plate on Her I have a title in my name. So it's detailed every month and parked in a carport. Both body and paint are Original and very clean. Nearly flawless. It was just in a Show at Daytona Speedway last Month. It has the original V8 engine 302 cu in. with automatic transmission and overdrive Both operate as New with low miles and proper service. I have installed many new parts. Including brakes. battery. starter. solenoid. fluid with filters. rear springs. exhaust system. steering box. new electric window motors. 4 newer Michellins on Original factory wire alloy wheels. The hideaway headlights look cool and work great. The interior is flawless and very plush seating. Rear seats never sat in. The glass moon roof is tinted and works also has the factory opera windows in the rear. It has a factory high powered audio system with a CB radio that works. This fine car hits the road as it did in 1981 a Comfortable brand new car. It also has a special Lincoln kit with everything you need in case of emergency. Light sticks in factory Lincoln boxes. The Lincoln tools and a Swiss Army knife with Lincoln logo on it. It says Signature series on it from dealer in 1981. New spare and Jack too. So with all that said I'm going to offer it for auction here fo a week and see what it will bring. This car is clean enough to run at antique Mechum sale next month. This is a highly Collectable vehicle that will appreciate in value. Questions 781-296-5800 |
