This is a One Owner car that we purchased directly from the fellow who purchased it new from Jess's Lincoln Mercury in Jeannette. Pa. His kids decided that he was too old to drive anymore. so the Mark IV had to be sold. It was never stored. although always garaged. and driven very sparingly on a regular basis. It is 100% original. right down to the Michelin's(Yes. they are 40 years old. and should be replaced!). Lincoln lovers everywhere get weak in the knees when one like this becomes available. A One owner. Lincolnthat was apparently treated like one of the family! Examples like this one are unheard of! Most have over 200 Thousand miles by now. and are still going strong. I will be brief. and let the 75 photos below tell the story. This Lincoln is 100% Original. with the exception of fluids and of course. the battery! I have driven it personally about 100 miles with no issues noted! Even the tires are still round. although replacement is HIGHLY recommended!!! We have both sets of keys. original owners books. along with the factory issued carpet savers that you see in the car. We do not have any service history. or purchase documents. Pa title states actual mileage. Our Ginger Diamond Flair Lincoln was purchased new at Jess's Lincoln Mercury In Jeannette Pa(I know the owner's son personally!) Note the optional power Mini-Vents! The bolts still look new! The Original Ginger Diamond Flair Paint Just Glistens in the sun. Pretty much the same way it did 40 years ago!! There is a small "Dent" on the right rear quarter molding. down low. and a VERY few minor nicks and scratches from normal usage. but certainly nothing to deter from the Beauty and Originality of This 1 Owner Lincoln !! Chrome is pit free! Nice and crisp! Looks like it did 40 years ago! . There are no weather cracks inthe bumper fillers. They look as good as they did in 1974! I would guess that this was a nice personal touch that Lincoln did for their customers way back. . Nice crack free dash pad! Hideaways still work as designed! None of the typical cracks here!! Note the yellow Zeibart plugs! The sumptuous leather interior is in fantastic condition and is certainly commensurate with the low mileage and excellent care our Gorgeous Mark IV has seen throughout its 40 year life. The leather is totally original with no dying done anywhere. Even the carpets look like they have never been stepped on! Tilt and Cruise with "Rim Blow" that actually works as designed! When was the last time you saw one this nice? Note the Zeibart plugs. Mint!! Truly a Pampered and Pedigreed Mark IV!! I believe that this was the most Luxurious Lincoln ever built. Everywhere you look there is a special attention to detail and craftsmanship!! The optional "Quadraphonic 8 Track stereo!! And of course. Lincoln's signature "Cartier Clock" The original License frame stiil present after 40 years! Note the yellow Ziebart plugs. and original stampings still present! Nice and original here too!
