Offered for sale is a 1988 Lincoln MK VII Bill Blass Edition. With a very solid body, engine, and transmission, this car is an excellent candidate for an economical restoration or restomod into the cruiser or show car of the buyer's choosing. Known as a wealthy person's Mustang when they were new, these cars can be easily turned into luxury cruisers. The car has been my brother's daily driver for the past 7 years and he continues to drive it regularly. It is located in Bloomington, Indiana. The body is very straight except minor damage on left side as shown in photos. There is no evidence the car has ever had any paint or body work. Engine runs well, transmission was rebuilt 2-1/2 years ago, car drives straight, true, and smooth. Original air springs were replaced with coils some time ago. All glass is good, cruise control and wipers work as they should. Small areas of rust at corners of wheel wells (shown in photos), driver door does not lock, a/c worked last summer but does not work now, headlamp lenses are dull, headliner needs to be replaced, moon roof has been taped to inhibit leakage, speedometer/odometer inoperative (stated mileage is approximate), radio inoperative (antenna broken), instrument lights inoperative, interior door panels are ragged and loose, needs 2 front tires.
