A REALLY NICE LOOKING AND DRIVING LINCOLN THAT IS READY FOR THE NEXT OWNER. I BOUGHT THIS CAR FROM THE LAST OWNERS FAMILY WHO HAD IT SITTING AROUND FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS. THIS CAR WAS THE LAST OWNER'S FATHER'S PRIDE AND JOY AND WAS PARKED MORE THAN BEING USED. WHAT WE IMPROVED ON IS A LONG LIST TO TURN THIS INTO A ROAD WORTHY CAR. WE DROPPED, CLEANED, COATED, AND PAINTED THE GAS TANK. BOUGHT A NEW SENDING UNIT, MASTER CYLINDER, REBUILT CARBURETOR, AND ADJUSTED EVERYTHING ELSE TO MAKE THIS CAR DRIVE-ABLE AGAIN. THE 460 MOTOR SOUNDS STRONG WITH A NICE THROATY SOUND AND THE TRANS SHIFTS LIKE IT SHOULD. THE HEAD LIGHTS SURPRISINGLY WORKS LIKE THEY SHOULD. EVEN HAD THE 4 FOMOCO HEADLIGHTS STILL WITH THE CAR. THE BODY LOOKS STRAIGHT. DOES HAVE YOUR AVERAGE DINGS, DENTS, SCRATCHES, FADES, AND SO ON THAT A CAR WILL HAVE WHEN ITEMS WERE STORED ON TOP OF IT FOR DECADES. THERE ARE FOUR SPOTS THAT HAVE RUST/ROT ON THE CAR THAT I SEE AS PICTURED. THE WORSE PART WOULD BE THE LOWER PART OF THE TRUNK LID AS PICTURED. YOU CAN REPAIR OR REPLACE IT AS YOU SEE FIT. THE TRUNK AND FLOOR PANS OF THE LINCOLN LOOKS SOLID TO ME. THE TRUNK CARPET AS WELL SHOULD BE REPLACE DUE TO BEING DRYIED OUT ALSO COMES WITH PLENTY OF EXTRA PARTS AND ACCESSORIES AS PICTURED. THIS IS JUST A NICE OLD LINCOLN YOU CAN DRIVE LIKE IT IS OR IMPROVE ON TO MAKE YOUR OWN. NOT MUCH BETTER OUT THERE FOR THE MONEY.
