What your looking at is a Lincoln Zephyr. This car from my observation is a survivor, the paint looks like the original lacquer paint. The interior is in good shape with the exception of the passenger side below rear quarter glass. The glass seal is bad and water leaked inside, there is a spot on the roof that would be an easy repair with the right paint andbody man. The engine is free but not firing up. The right reconditioner and detail guy could really bring this car around to a nice state of original presentation.
