Up for auction is a Garage Find 1972 Lincoln Mark IV that was garage kept and registered non-op since 1996. This car was rescued from an estate sale. New tires were installed all the way around, put on a trailer to be transported home and brought back to life with the following:Gas tank removed, flushed, new sending unit, new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new fuel lines, new spark plugs, wires, points, condenser, new alternator, new water pump, new radiator, new radiator hoses, fan belts, thermostat, new antifreeze, oil and filter changed. It was also cleaned and semi-detailed to just remove dirt and oil but keep the patina. There are some dings and dents as you can see in the pictures and the only rust found are small surface issues and some small bubbles under the vinyl top. the interior was detailed with leather treatment for three day in a row to bring back the original shine. There are some repaired rips in the drivers seat but a blanket ties in the old school look. All the instruments work with the exception of the Cartier clock. All glass is in great shape windows go up and down as they should, just a little slower in the old age, headliner and carpet in great shape as well. All in all this is a great find and the more we do to the car, the more we want to keep this beauty as you know they don't make them like this anymore. This is a no-warranty sale. As-is where is. I will not ship but I can assist your company with advanced notice. Please only bid if you are serious!
