Description of 1992 Lincoln Town Car

This car has been sitting for about a year but started right up with a battery New springs and shocks in rear. Low brake pedal. No brakes. The lines are leaking. Car is loaded. All the windows work and everything I tried works. Tires look like new but this car has been sitting for a year. I have clean title in hand and owner signed.
