Description of 1992 Lincoln Mark Series

This is one of two project cars I have for sale. I recently purchased this car on impulse because I own several mustangs but never owned an LSC and couldn't resist buying this car. The car has the right color combo, no sunroof and any of the other issues didn't matter because they worked with what I had planned for my project.
The bad is the passenger fender has a small rot hole in the lower section, the passenger side rear quarter has a minor scrape on the fender flare area, the driver side rear at the base of the rear glass area has minor rust bubbling throug, both rear quarters have a section of rust but it's rust, not rot. The factory radio doesn't work. The steering wheel was peeling and worn. The heater control panel doesn't work. The car is also missing the cat back exhaust.
The good about the car to me was the great color combo, the last year and least made, the no sunroof with a 5.0, aod and 3.27 limited slip rear on a solid frame with minimal rust underneath. The seats, windows and mirrors work and the interior is pretty clean with the driver's seat having the most wear.
I took the car for a quick spin and the car drove and stopped fine but it was only a local drive. Without the mufflers, it gets kind of loud.
The last several pictures show the worst parts of the vehicle. Please look over all the pictures before asking a question that could be answered through the photos.
If you're looking for an LSC to modify or race, this would be a great platform. That was my reason for the purchase but I also have my other project car for sale in another listing and will be keeping the car that doesn't sell. If neither sells, oh well .
The car is located 5 min outside NY across the Washington bridge or north east NJ for those not familiar with my area
