Description of 1940 Lincoln Zephyr

I'm listing this for a friend whose husband passed away recently. This was her husbands car and has been sitting in the garage since 1992 which was the last time the car was running. She does not have any information about the car only saying that they had purchased it in the 80's.
The car is currently not running and has a Cadillac 331 engine in it. It is a 3 speed on the column. The body and paint are very good with no obvious rust, there is no blistering or bubbling. The chrome is in very nice condition but paint, chrome and convertible top all need a good cleaning. Same goes for the interior. The undercarriage also appears nice with no rust. The car moves freely and the brakes are working.
