Description of 1953 Lincoln Capri

Car was sold new in Los Angeles, and has always been a Western car. Is rust free. I have a very low reserve as I am moving and have limited storage. I don't mind revealing that my reserve is only $7500, a fraction of my investment. My loss is your gain!
Prior owner was in the process of restoring the vehicle. This included chrome, paint, rebuilt engine, carpet, convertible top, wiring loom, new leather interior, and more.
However, he sold it to a second party before the car was fully reassembled. This second person continued reassembly but did not finish the car either.
Then I purchased the car. I found numerous parts missing, including some rare parts. I have painstakingly purchased all missing parts, and have installed some on the car. The remainder are included with the car, such as a pair of new old stock rocker panel moldings and clips, a new glove box and kick panels, a nice set of used convertible only stainless moldings that go around the side windows, and belt moldings that curve around the top. I even purchased all convertible top hydraulic parts, including pump, hoses, wiring, and cylinders at a cost of over $700. The side windows for the doors are in excellent condition including the chrome frames, but they are not installed. All these parts are included, but not installed. The trunk does need a trunk mat, which is not included.
At this point the car is probably 90% finished. One of the main items to finish is the new wiring loom installation. Only enough wiring has been connected to start and run the engine. The power seat has also been connected and works fine. The rest of the new wiring loom still needs to be connected, including the power windows, gauges, dash switches and lights, tail light switch, and more.
The car starts, runs, drives, and shifts. The power brakes stop well.
The power steering pump belt is not installed as I discovered that in spite of its new hoses, there are leaks in parts of the power steering mechanism. There is a one inch crack in the top of the upper radiator tank. There are numerous chips and nicks in otherwise nice paint.
With not a whole lot of effort, the car will be finished and beautiful.
Method of payment is either cash in person, or bank wire transfer.

I was asked about the tires and wheels. Three of the four tires are portawalls, not real whitewalls. The fourth is a whitewall tire that appears to have been new when installed at some point by the prior owner as it still has its blue coating. The wheels on the car are not correct 1953 Lincoln wheels so the wheelcovers will not stay on if you drive the car. However, I am including a set of four correct original wheels taken off a 1952 Lincoln Capri convertible (1952 and 1953 are the same) in very good condition. When you install new tires on these original Lincoln wheels the wheelcovers will fit properly.
