Description of 1966 Lincoln Continental

Bought the car for a custom project I wanted to do. Unexpected expenses came up and need to pass on this. Car has a 462 that runs and sounds quiet and smooth. The carb does need to be tuned as it has higher idle and over runs at times. I will be fixing that if I get time throughout the auction. The car has newer breaks and tires. Interior is in great shape no rips or tears in seats. As you can see in pictures interior is missing a few things/needs to be put back together. The driver side passenger door is black from a 67 parts car that can be negotiated in the deal. I have titles for both. The transmission does leak a bit but shifts smooth and sounds good. Steering components should be gone through. I would not recommend running this long distances but a drive around the block is possible. Rockers and door jams are solid. Floor is solid. dent in rear driver side fin but easily accessible from inside the trunk. Has power windows that work but are slow. Sure just needs minor attention. Dash is solid one minor crack. As of now radio does not work. I do not know much about these cars. I have always built motorcycles but wanted something different until these expenses came up. There is a service manual and a few carburetors in the trunk for the car. Has newer exhaust that is quite. Car is sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied.
