This is a good running 1986 Maserati Quarattroporte. It is tuned to euro specs so it runs a bit different than the US cars. It is Black in color with a Tan interior. The car has air conditioner, electric windows, electric seats, and list of options that would take all day to list. This car has 59,000 miles on it. I have had it since 2015. We are an exotic car shop so it is ingood running order. The items that need some TLC are the drivers seat and passenger seat. They both need some stitchesrepaired. There is a place on the rear seat where ithas developed a need for some stitches sooner or later. The more it is used it will need help. If you redo the front seats you should redo the rear also at the same time so the hides match. As can be seen in the picture the vinyl trim on the bottom edge of the windshield and rear glass needs to be glued back down where it wraps into the vent slots. The veneer on the door panels is fading so it will need a coat of clear to make it beautiful. The paint ischipped in a few spots around the tire wells. There are some at the back of the hood, as seen in the picture, and it has a door ding on the passenger rear door. The clear coat is begining to pull so the paint looks bad. It is a 10 foot paint job. At 10 feet it does not look too bad. The car was repainted once in Phoenix and the original paint is shrinking under the repaint so there are chips developing around the edge of the hood and trunk. This car will make a good first exotic for someone. It will take some evening or weekend time to spruce it up but it is well worth it at the price. It is being sold with no warranty as is. There is no warranties either implied or stated. Payment is due within three days of sale. The car can sit here for awhile. We have lots of room. I told that to a Lamborghini guy 4 years ago and the Lamborghini is still here. He pays storage but I would like the car gone in a few months. |
