Description of 1991 Mazda MX-5 Miata SE Convertible 2-Door

This is a 1991 Mazda Miata Special Edition being sold as-is with 157,825 miles. I have been the owner of the car since 1999 (59,000 miles). The car was my daily driver from 1999-2007, and has been a second car / seasonally driven betweenthen and now.
The car is in good running condition and has been a reliable car for the past 17 years. Since owning the car the following mechanical repairs have been made:timing belt replaced (2001),radiator replaced (2005), transmission clutch disk and cover replaced (2015), shifter rebuilt(2016). Rear brake calipers and pads were replaced in 2015, front brake pads were replaced in 2016. The battery and tires were last replaced in 2013. The car drives smoothly, however for the past year or two it has been there has been a squeakybelt that makes noise while driving. I'm not sure of the source, but it sounds like it is coming from somewhere below the hood on the driver side. The sound doesn't occur while idling, just while the car is in motion. The airbag light is on and the airbag may need to be replaced or fixed.
The car has been in 2 low speed (stop-light) fender benders (one front collision 2006, one rear 2004). The car's hood is misaligned from the front collision. This problem appears to be with both the rear hinges, as well as the front latch (possibly a bent front bumper reinforcement). The power headlights work fine, but the hood is difficult to close and sticks up above the plane of the closed headlights and fenders (see photos). There is a cracked back license plate panel and left rear brake light cover from the rear collision.
The car's paint is faded and lacks gloss. I have speculated that the original owner may have had the car repainted at some point before I purchased it, but there's no record of that. The rocker panels are free of rust, however there is a small dent in the passenger side rocker panel (see photo) and a small patch of rust under the stainless steel "Miata" interior door plate.Paint is also missing from the front bumper due to the collision in 2006. The soft-top was replaced in 2005 but the rear window was vandalized a few months later and I never replaced it.The cut in the rear window is currently taped closed.
The interior of the car features the Special Edition tan / wood specs. The top of the dash has a crack and the plastic instrument hood is tacky / sticky (not sure what caused this but its been like that since I bought it). The stereo works but the CD player is broken. The heater works but the AC is broken. The original Nardi wood shift knob has been restored, the wood emergency break handle has not. Leather from both seats is dry, cracked and splitting, headrest speakers do not work. Both interior door handles are split. The car comes with a tan vinyl Tonneau cover.
Philadelphia area pick up only. I'm available to show the car this Saturday 12/17/2016. Buyer will pay title transfer and registration costs.
