Description of 1990 Mazda MX-5 Miata Base Convertible 2-Door

1990 Mazda Miata MX-5 w/ removable hard top
135,XXX
5-Speed
NEW coilovers/wheels/tires installed Oct2016. Less than 1,000 miles on everything. No rust issues. Clean interior. New head unit + speakers recently installed. Clutch feels strong and runs/shifts as it should. Has been garage kept for most of it's life. Have a folder full of service records.
Here's a list of known issues (I don't want to waste anybody's time - feel free to call/text with any questions):
1). The car looks great in the pictures but it does have some wear/tear on the body. No major issues but it does have several chips/dings/imperfections. Most obvious being on the trunk lid/rear bumper cover (pictured). Has been repainted at some point in it's life.
2). Has some steering wheel vibration at higher speeds (wheels need to be balanced).
3). Occasionally on cold starts, the idle will be fairly low - it immediately clears up once you start driving.
4). I do notice a drop of oil on the garage floor after it sits for a while. I haven't had time to diagnose 100% but the valve cover had a significant leak - I just installed a new one last week.
5). AC works but could use a charge.6). E-brake needs adjustment
Overall, the car is in fantastic shape considering the year. These are getting harder and harder to find in decent shape, especially with a matching hardtop - I'm sure I'll regret selling but just purchased another vehicle and need to free up some garage space.
