Description of 1993 Mazda RX-7 Base Coupe 2-Door

Extremely clean and well maintained R1 FD. I am the second owner. I had originally looked for this car for over two years and finally bought a one owner car from a brain surgeon who purchased the car new in 1992. The car has never been in any accident or has any damages. When I purchased the car it was very well maintained with 53xxx original miles. The original owner had the engine rebuilt by a reputable shop in SoCal at 50xxx with stock spec. The car was completely stock with NO cracks or tears on dashboard or on any of the interior panels. The seats are almost new with no sign of wear. It has a Clean and Clear Title, I have included the most recent Carfax in the pictures.
My original plan was to keep the car as a collectable since it is in pristine condition. Since I purchased the car, I have replaced all the bushings throughout the entire car with J's Auto bushings at J's auto. I have replaced all the exterior window trim with OEM Mazda parts (extremely hard to find, since Mazda no longer makes these parts). I have upgraded the suspension to Ohlins DFV road and track coilovers for better ride quality and control. I have also bolted on the below list of upgrades for the reliability of the engine.

The car has a clean title with no accidents. I have put a conservative wide body kit on it to maintain its stock look. I also had the car painted metallic black similar to the original black. JDM Taillights, all LED front headlights and day time running light. I have also installed the JDM extremely rare Ganador side mirrors.
Other than the bolt on parts, the car is kept stock with custom Air Conditioning for daily driving comfort, and I have just renewed the California registration in December 2017 with emissions certificate.
I have all the stock parts as well as all the original bumpers and side fenders. I was going to keep the car forever since it is one of my favorite cars from JDM world in the 90s. However, we are running out of garage space and I would like to pass it on to another enthusiast to fully appreciate the car like I do.
