Description of 1993 Mazda RX-7 Touring

I am selling my 1993 Mazda RX-7 Touring (Red on Black) with 70,200 miles. This is an excellent unmodified example that i've owned for 3 years and purchased from the previous owner who had it for 18 years. The previous owner provided me with Mazda dealer maintenance records dating back to 1997. I've preemptively gone through the entire car and replaced most wear items with brand new OEM parts and performed the recommended reliability upgrades. The engine is still very strong and i've never had an issue with cold or hot starts, and it runs great.
The interior of this car is nearly perfect. The dashboard, door cards, and center console plastics are in excellent condition without and scratches or pealing, and still has a deep black color. All of the electronics such as the Bose audio system still function. The exterior of the car is in good condition and doesn't have any chassis rust, but has a few door dings and minor paint imperfects that I've provided photos of. The OEM wheels are in good condition with minor curb rash on one of the wheels. Overall it's a great driver, and has been very reliable for me. I will include a compression test from a Mazda dealer in the photos. Mazda dealer performed compression test with excellent results, none of the rotor faces were less than 113psi, and averaged about 116psi (8.0 bar). The only issues i'm aware about with the car is that the rear turbo has a small oil leak and if you left off the throttle a few times while in boost, the primary turbo doesn't always produce boost until you let the revs drop down before the boost region. I believe this could be a result of an intake manifold gasket leak. Otherwise, this car is an excellent rust-free and well maintained example.
