| Putting my baby up for sale. It's a 1990 Mazda Miata with the Monster Miata V8 conversion done to it. If you're not familiar with these cars. go watch a few youtube videos about them. They are wickedly fast and fun to drive. do amazingly well on autocross and are streetable to drive everyday. This car has a rebuilt fuel injected 5. 0liter from a 90's era mustang with a rebuilt Ford Racing Tremec T5 transmission (not your normal mustang trans) running through custom driveshaft to 7. 5 ford posi rear end with upgraded axles. Also added were cam and roller valvetrain on Trick Flow twisted wedge aluminum heads and ceramic headers. This is the ultimate sleeper! Tastefully done. no flashy hints that it is packing this much power. Has full dual Magnaflow exhaust that sounds great but not obnoxiously loud. no droning sound at cruise either. Gauges work. interior in good condition. heat but no air (you could add that as is an option). Top in decent shape. no leaks. No rust. New drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads. new Falken Ziex tires 205/50/15. Hard dog roll bar. ipod hookup. Simpson designs fiberglass cowl hood and rear spoiler. This is from the guy who designed the "Banshee" from David Stacey's show Gears (again. go watch some youtube. and then come get the car). Drives good. looks good. no overheating. no problems but traction. This car is driven. so don't expect to eat off it. Drips maybe a drop or two of oil off front seal every week. paint has a few flaws and a couple small ping pong ball sized dents here and there. Priced reasonably for minor wear and tear. and so that the new owner can customize how they like. Price out what it would cost to build one of these with a good donor car. engine. heads. trans. rear end. rebuilds. monster conversion kit. custom hood and spoiler. custom exhaust. wiring. roll bar. brakes. wheels/tires. etc. etc. and then add your time for a year or more putting it all together then working out all the bugs. you'll see this is a better deal. Located in Owasso. OK just 20 mins from Tulsa airport. These are hard to find. but even harder in good condition like this at a reasonable price. For sale locally. so when it's gone. it's gone.
