Description of 1962 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Adenauer 300d |
| One of the last 300 cars completely hand built before mass production. Outstanding quality. The most prestigious car built at the time without reservation costing more than a Rolls. the same engine as the famous 300SL without turbo charging. Car has been restored to fully function as a daily driver if desired. Mercedes wheels were chromed for wider modern radials. An auxiliary alternator and a modern A/C compressor were installed. The load leveling system was overhauled. An outstanding example of one of the most sought after Mercedes classics. Also comes with complete manuals. Many parts also available like metal sliding roof, echanical replacement parts etc. |
