Description of 1985 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series

Up for auction is a very nice Mercedes 300D that I purchased 3 months ago with plans to restore to showroom quality. I have driven about 1,250 miles commuting to work and have not had an issue. Since purchasing the car, y plans have changed and I no longer have the means for this classic Mercedes.
The previous owner had the car for about 8 years and replaced suspension/steering components, ight-rear wheel bearing, ead light lenses, ew ceramic window tint, nd a few cosmetic items. During his ownership the odometer stopped working and he said the car had around 170k miles when bought it, herefore the title will read "exempt" for odometer status. He also mentioned the owner before him was an older gentlemen that owned a Mercedes dealership and had the car repainted a year before he sold the car, o the paint is no more than ten years old and looks great.
The car starts right up, ccelerates and brakes well, nd does not blow black smoke. The fuel filter has been replaced, Pioneer bluetooth stereo installed and I have an oil filter to go with the car as well.
The issues with the car are as follows:- Car shakes at idle but smooths out after 1000rpm- Right-rear window clicks as it moves up or down- A/C is cold until prolonged sitting in stop and go traffic on a 95+ degree day- Door locks do not operate by the switch anymore- Vent actuator is stuck on windshield (air blows from side vents and mainly from center defrost vents)- Dash lights and cruise control are not working- Drops a couple oil sized spots on the ground (most likely from a previous owner or mechanic over tightening the valve cover)- Window seals are dry rotted- Speedometer needle shakes
